Positives: The towels were clean. The shower was hot. The bedding was clean

Negatives: The tv didnt work. The floors were dirty. The ceiling looked like it had been leaking. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink. The refrigerator was open when I entered the room and making noise. It went off but came on sometime during the night. Some woodwork was missing and the furniture looked like it came from a third hand store.

Negatives: Room was supposed to a NON-Smoking room, but had a VERY heavy smoke odor, so much so that our clothes the next day smelled of smoke. The "breakfast" (note quotations), consisted of Biscuits & Gravy, but then cereal and no milk, and the pastry cabinet (which usually has muffins, etc), was completely empty.
