Negatives: I was there on business, I am a Hospice Chaplain. I had my two older sister's come join me. I live 5 hours away. My sisters met me at the Hotel. The manager of the hotel would not let my sister's of 70 yrs of age check into the Hotel after three phone calls directly to me. Also, I would add the room was already posted to my account. Meaning completely paid for. I wrote special notes about them being able to check in before my arrival. Long story short both my sisters are sickly and weak. But to no avail, they had to wait in the lobby before I arrived unexpectedly early at 9pm at night. I asked very kindly would they want their mother or grandmother to be treated this way after "three" personal.phone calls to me. Further more, when I was conected on the last phone call with the manager, I heard litrally fighting going on in the background. When I asked what is going on, who is fighting? He said, "sorry ma'am I can not hear you", and hung up on me.
