i want to commend the manager, Rachel, for her wonderful attitude & desire to help our stay be enjoyable,
we were very appalled with the condition of our room upon entry & settling in, nothing was done the first night.
we had to make due the best we could to sleep. first thing in the morning we got a call from Rachel & had an in person
meeting. she had a very concerned attitude that things slipped through the cracks. she immediately went into action and
we received great personal care. it was from her efforts that we did enjoy our stay & would stay again, Thank you Rachel
