The beds are far from comfortable. The shower faucet didn't work. Then after our stay, I called to ask if they had found a sweater we lost and the lady said she would call me back. Two days later and they still have not called back.

Maintenance told Reception there were wet spots outside my door & that my dog peed. Reception called up to me at checkout to TELL me they were going to shampoo the carpet & I would be charged. Making an allegation without any inquiry. The nerve.

Positives:
The price was reasonable. But that wads it. We got sick off the food. I think the yogurt was old.
Negatives:
The room had a terrible odor. It smelled like an dog had been living in it. There were numerous dogs staying there and possibly homeless folk. Dog crap was in the hallways. When I reported it, they said they would tell the owner of the dog to clean it up
