Our room smelled strongly of urine. The walls were damaged and poorly repaired. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The walls were thin, and we could easily hear other people. There was a dirty rag left in the bathroom. It is clear this hotel is sorely in need of an update and proper cleaning.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was simple but good. Beds were comfy and clean.

It was apparent you were short staffed. Also, the fire alarm went off- which was fine, but the third floor stair door closed and the handle was broken and the door couldn’t be opened from either side. There was no active fire so we could use the elevator, but if there was a fire this could have been a bad situation. The morning we were leaving- Sunday.. someone from a different room connected to our TV and started playing porn. Thankfully our kids were eating breakfast. There has to be a better way to safeguard the smart TVs in the rooms.

The bed was comfortable but it is hard to sleep in such a dirty place that is so poorly maintained.

EVERTHIING. Extremely poor maintenance. Broken window has been broken for some time. Rusty frame and window seal is blown. No screen on window. Carpet was filthy. Caulking jobs in bathrooms looked like a 5 yr old did it with their finger. Painted toilet seat. (Seriously??) Tub/shower was horrible. Water pressure was good though. Bath fixtures were rusty. Lighting fixture was rusty. Pillows were horrible. Couch was dirty and uncomfortable. Refrigerator pulled away from enclosure when opening door. DISGUSTING PLACE. DO NOT STAY HERE.
