The rooms stink and outdated. The beds are not comfortable. The worker's at the hotel started pounding on the next room over at 7:30 a.m. and woke us up.

Pretty much just the location. They've seemed to have gone down hill. And the lack of responsibility as an associate, for instance smoking weed at the front desk. Or not taking responsibility to assure that the house guest is comfortable and that everything is in working order in the room. Rather try and add insult to injury. Fire back with a comment about some unauthorized animal. When I gave the front desk clerk his registration card , if it was wrong she should have said something then I didn't know there was such a difference. Either way customer should have never been attacked bc you failed to supply room with working TV, never bothered to offer another room, just let us know he'd let maintenance know in the morning.
Then deal the next morning trying to explain unprofessional work in the work place, only to have them try and turn it to us. That to me shows guilt on your part. You'll never grow if you can't take corrective criticism. And it wasn't even about you, just a co- worker.

Clean, everything we needed with microwave and fridge. TV was difficult to setup and was not setup when we got there. Staff was friendly, parking easy, great value. Check in was super fast, room was easy to find. Perfect!
Negatives:
TV was not setup when we got there and it was hard to figure out how to set it up. We had to figure out how to go to the menu and enter the wifi password and then connect it to the right network. I had to manually enter the SSID too, as the TV could not find the hotel wifi.. pain in the ass.
