Positives: Some of the staff was great.
Negatives: 1 staff member was rude. The rooms looked like a murder had happened in them and was poorly cleaned up after it. Weird strong perfume smell. Dirty stained carpet. Hair on the bed ruffle. Red lion should pull there franchise name. No restaurant no lounge. I ask for towels no towels were stocked. Just a bad experience overall.

Positives: The front desk staff were wonderful
Negatives: The room had ants and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was rain water coming in through the floor from the outside. It was just very dated. For the price, I was hoping for nicer.

Positives: For the price this was clean, quiet and roomy, with a great shower and nice amenities. The front desk was very cheerful and friendly.
Negatives: Not clear where the dog area was. The breakfast was suspended because of Covid, and the bag offered was processed and unpalatable food.
We would stay there again...

Positives: From our check in, to our rooms, we liked it all. The lady behind the desk was friendly and kind. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean. Very satisfied!
Negatives: No elevators, not a deal breaker, just a be aware. Our rooms were 2nd floor, so carrying luggage up and then down stairs. Next time, I will know to request a ground floor room. And we liked it well enough to stay there again in the future.
