Positives: Clean, comfortable room. Quiet.
Negatives: Staff couldnt find my reservation so it took close to 45 minutes and three staff members to get checked in. Very frustrating! I showed them emails from both and the hotel itself with a confirmation number, but that didnt help. Also, toilet ran continuously from the time we walked in the door of the room.
Upsetting initially, but the stay was fine once they got me checked in.

Positives: Good location, quiet
Negatives: Dated rooms with popcorn ceiling. Cheap bagged breakfast with no fresh coffee. Not good considering is was advertised as including breakfast. Check in staff was rude and unhelpful.
This place could be very nice but needs attention.

Negatives: The breakfast was a bag with an apple and granola bar. Choice of a yogurt. The restaurant is not in working order so it is not open.
Meh. Not a typical Red Lion.

Negatives: The reservation could not be found when my husband arrived at the hotel. Not sure if it was the hotel's fault or Booking's.

Negatives: Motel 6 would have been quieter. People outside there rooms, drinking and playing loud music. You don't expect this from red lion.
Never use this hotel agsin.

Positives: Breakfast was a bag with a granola bar, can of juice, apple and yogurt. Disappointing that there was no breakfast buffet.
Negatives: There was no closet to hang our clothes, and the TV was small.

Negatives: I was rushed into emergency surgery and was in a coma for 5 days before the reservation. I called 2 days after and explained the situation while I was still in the hospital and was told by Rose they would refund the full amount on my card. This never happened.
