Clean, comfortable room. Quiet.
Negatives:
Staff couldnt find my reservation so it took close to 45 minutes and three staff members to get checked in. Very frustrating!
I showed them emails from both Bookings.com and the hotel itself with a confirmation number, but that didnt help.
Also, toilet ran continuously from the time we walked in the door of the room.

Dated rooms with popcorn ceiling. Cheap bagged breakfast with no fresh coffee. Not good considering is was advertised as including breakfast. Check in staff was rude and unhelpful.

There was no closet to hang our clothes, and the TV was small.

Was a mansion compared to the previous nights room which was elsewhere.

Negatives:
I was rushed into emergency surgery and was in a coma for 5 days before the reservation. I called 2 days after and explained the situation while I was still in the hospital and was told by Rose they would refund the full amount on my card. This never happened.
