Negatives: Not clean, room smelled,

Negatives: We booked 2 one room, rooms with two queen beds, when we arrived, we had two queens in one room and one bed in the other room. We reserved one room for four people and one room for three people. I dont know how they expected us to have three people in one bed They did provide a cot. When I received your confirmation, it confirmed two rooms. I didnt realize that I had to drill down several more pages to find out actually what two rooms you confirmed and add that they were not the rooms that I had ordered. Does that make any sense OK? In addition, the hot water could not be turned off in one room. I let the property know and their response was to turn off the hot water under the sink at the wall so in order for us to wash our faces, we had to turn the hot water off all on at the wall, and then turn it off again at the wall for four days

Negatives: The hall carpet was very stained (though our room carpet was fine), the bathtub drain had no plug, the toilet tank was severely cracked, the woodwork was very banged up.

Negatives: The shower in my room didn't work, so I switched to another room on my second day. Overall the property has a pretty run-down feeling, windows kind of grimy, sinks a little chipped and rusty, some door hardware broken (the little extra latch thing you swing over, whatever that's called) which I'm guessing could be a peace of mind thing for some travelers.

Negatives: Toilet caulking was cracked and toilet rocked while sitting on it--sink plugged up. Stained carpet in the hallways. Several cars with flat tires in the parking lot. No fridge/microwave in our room. Our friend's room had garbage still when he checked in.

Negatives: Hallway carpeting is very dirty. Needs replacing.

Negatives: the load speaker alarm constantly going off all night due to 'trespassers' in the parking area...it was very disruptive to a good nights sleep! Also, the room needed some repairs (wires hanging from ceiling, sink faucet dripping and very hard to turn on). There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room and the microwave in the lobby was removed the next morning. I'm a tea drinker and there was no way to fix a cup.

Negatives: The vanity light was broken that was the switch by the door and it didn't work. I was on the ground floor and the window lock was broken. The night manager found me a stick that fixed the problem for the night.

Negatives: breakfast was a bag of food. No micro, refer, pool was closed. Hall carpet filthy, pot smoke and regular smoke smell. 2 pictures in the room both the same. Poor old toilet.

Negatives: Hotel was pretty dirty. My room had the window screen come out and our window wouldnt lock shut so had to sleep with it opened. Which was scary because outside there was yelling and security systems going off about a potential break at facility next to hotel. The room was cover in stains and reeked of cigarettes. The person in the room next to us was screaming and cursing. He was probably on drugs but he was loud, upset, and making threats about gutting someone. Felt pretty unsafe but it was late and just had to deal. Also they didnt serve breakfast.
