A young man ( employee) came in the breakfast room as another guest was just getting there for his breakfast. The young man started pulling all items, turning off appliances, pulling food items while the lady ( employee) let the other guest know there was 4 minutes left of breakfast time. Juice machine turned off, breads pulled. 4 minutes is 4 minutes. On a Sunday morning a lot of people don’t start they day as early, especially after a late start football game as I imagine most of the guests were there for that reason. However if everything states breakfast is until 10, leave it out until that time. That one thing/employee made my rating go down.

The pool.was closed, for maintenance. This was the reason we booked the Inn, I totally get that sometimes maintenance is necessary but it is the way how you communicate things like that,...
