Great location central to what we were in town for.
Negatives:
The carpeting on the second floor was ripped coming off the elevator and stretched and worn out all the way down the hall. Our toilet broke during our stay but it was bandaid fixed to get us through the rest of the stay. The breakfast that used to have options like biscuits and gravy and sausage is down to waffles, cereal and fruit only. The coffee is subpar and where vanilla creamer used to be available. We have stayed at the property multiple times over the past few years and the quality has really declined and was seriously disappointing this time. I’m not sure that we will be back.

Positives:
I love the cleanliness and appointments of the rooms. Very pleasing and relaxing. No jarring colors, everything is well-made and arranged to be the most accessible.
Negatives:
I tried calling the desk to report a running toilet but no one would answer the phone. After 5 tries, I gave up and just adjusted the arm inside the tank each time I flushed the toilet. Then reported the toilet at checkout. The staff was polite and nice, they just did not answer the phone.

Very disappointed. We specifically wanted a place that had a full breakfast, not a “waffle” breakfast. Your promotion of Quality Inn is false. It shows a full breakfast and says American breakfast not waffle.

It was a great middle stop for places we wanted to visit - Falls and other interests. The breakfast was nice. The staff was nice.

Our room on second stay was a bit in need of repair and upgrade. It was over-priced for location.
