The bed was comfortable
Negatives:
They had a flood two weeks before for we arrived did not bother the let us know. When we arrived there were loud fans and heaters running all night. They put us at the far end of the hall and it was muffled they could be heard from our room and the building smelled musty. I think it would have been appropriate to have let us know so we could make the decision to stay for ourselves not just having us so up and have no option at the time. It was a long day of travel and we were tired. It seems to me a refund would be appropriate under the circumstances.

I did not like that every time you needed something like a toaster , coffee maker towels you needed to go to front desk and get them. For an extended stay hotel they should at the very least clean the room twice within a 7 day stay.
breakfast was extremely disappointing barely anything there not even a fruit. coffee and hot water should be available 24/7.
when there is an emergency customers should be notified that something is happening, an example is when hotel needs to shut water off and administration knew a notice should have been prepared and posted by the main entrance and front desk area. Wi-Fi should be more secure with a password protection. when customer complains about problem in room staffing should take care of them right away not all outlets and lamps were not working needed to go to front desk to get a light bulb customer should not have to do this

Location was good. Value was good .
Negatives:
Construction crew staying at hotel made noise at all hours of the night. Little to no insulation between floors make anyone walking above you sound like war drums. Extra construction workers waiting at the door and sneaking in. I saw seven go into one room so they're staying for free. No butt buckets so cig butts all over right outside the door.....little more effort would be nice

Expensive for what it is. Has a kitchen but no utensils, cookware etc. so what is the point? I stayed one night. Was o expected to bring silverware? A saucepan to make oatmeal? A hotel comparison is in Victoria. The Royal Scot. Cheaper and all amenities. I love that hotel. No comparison!

Crazy and homeless people loitering outside and inside, digging in garbage bin outside our window.
No plastic cups for water. No luggage rack for suitcase. Had to use ironing board. Looks nice on outside but is misleading

No water cups and we had to request. It shouldn’t be part of the cost reduction. Very simple grab-n-go breakfast but ok because there are multiple choices nearby.

Positives:
Bed was good, good space, good bathroom.
Negatives:
Toilet didn't flush right, seat was very loose. The phone didn't work. Had to ASK for dishes and the girl seemed put out to "have to bring them". Had to request a trolley, which seemed a chore to achieve, then a very fit couple parked in handicap took my trolley before I could get my things on it. Why is there no concierge, considering the price charged. I likely will go elsewhere next time.

Positives:
Location, kind staff, ability to have coffee, tea, and hot water for "quick take away breakfast" (packet oatmeal; wrapped commercial muffins bought at grocery story; packaged hot coco); affordable!
Negatives:
Long term residents were sketchy; smoking on patio every night and conversations were not "family friendly". Pool filled in so no way to enjoy a pool; trash stored in entrance area we used closest to our room and parking-- made that short entry smell terrible.
