the first room was filthy, smelled horrible like months of fried food. the furniture was destroyed, the drapes had mold, the carpet was stained red in spots. very disappointing. was moved to another room immediately and given a discount. photos attached are of the room only.

the manager did a great...
Negatives:
no kitchen plates, bowls, cups etc... had to pick up at front desk. no message about it in room. nothing in kitchen to use. Bathroom sink did not drain, kitchen sink faucet dripped, shower sprayed water everywhere, carpet very dirty, lamp did not stand upright. Hide a bed couch box springs squeaked very loud when you roll over in bed. workout facility only had 3 cardio pieces, no weights.

The vending machine wouldn't take my debit card when I was hungry late at night. The overnight staff was not very friendly or helpful and seemed like I was bothering her when I asked for help. They were out of a lot of supplies but this was somewhat understandable since it was in the middle of a power outage..

wonderful price for a clean comfortable room. Love the fact that the room comes with a full-size refrigerator and stove top and even a dishwasher. Unfortunately there were not any plates or glasses or anything in the room a utilize. I think that’s because of Covid and I think there was a sign that said I could go up to the front desk and get a package of kitchen supplies. But I figured it would be extra and I just didn’t bother

Location was perfect, Grace, at the front desk was absolutely awesome and helpful and saved our stay, as we were ready to leave after 2 hours in the worst bed ever. The location was perfect, it felt clean and safe, and was in walking distance to coffee, tons of amazing shopping, a manicure and some delicious Indian food and a sandwich shop. They had a clean laundry room (though we didn’t use them) and adequate vending machines.
Negatives:
The beds are the oldest and cheapest they could buy, probably 30 years ago! The pillows are gross and the rough blanket in between the two sheets is like the kind I imagine are used in prisons. The old cheap desk chairs used as kitchen chairs were broken and very dangerous.
This all helped me realize I’m now old enough to only stay in luxury hotels. Our backs are aching and we’re exhausted after 4 nights of sleeping on hay bales.
Very noisy mini split ac units, and no insulation from adjoining rooms.
