The room was clean, decent enough size, and the stay was quiet. Everything was in working order. The person who checked us in was friendly.
Negatives:
The bed was uncomfortable, it felt like a very cheap spring mattress. My husband's hips were aching the next day and we were glad we were only staying one night.
The staff that I checked out with asked if I wanted a receipt and when I asked if I could get it sent to my email she said "I don't know, you went through Booking.com". She didn't offer to take down my email to send it so I just had her print it. She wasn't exactly rude, but it felt very abrupt and unhelpful.

room wasn't ready at 3pm check-in. staff asked us to wait for it to be vacated & cleaned. we were given a room other than what we had reserved & were told by the front desk staff we would receive a discount due to the problems with room readiness & selection. upon inquiry in the morning, we were informed there would not be any discount as we booked through Booking.com

I liked the handicap bars in the bath as it was a step in tub.
The coffee and free breakfast area was clean.
Negatives:
Our room smelled a bit like a wet dog and the area is quite busy, traffic wise.
The bathroom sink was located outside the bath area so limited room for accessories when bathing.
