Positives:
The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure.
Negatives:
The pool was cold and only heated to 74 degrees and it had bugs in it. When I told staff the water was cold they said they couldn't make it warmer because it would effect the chemicals. Also there was no bathroom in the pool area.
The breakfast was mediocre. They had biscuits (which they kept in a Tupperware) and sausage gravy, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels.

Positives:
The room was huge, nice tub . Very clean. Location was great. Staff were all helpful.
Negatives:
Hot tub/spa was down the whole time we were there. (One of the things we were all looking forward to). Also there was no coffee or coffee condiments or cups in our room.
The staff fixed that for us. Would have been good to know the spa was down.

Room was big & clean although there were some strange stains on the couch. Lots of parking available.
Negatives:
Stayed here 6 months ago & hot tub was temporarily closed for maintenance, & as of 3/30 is still temporarily closed for maintenance. Swimming pool is so cold that my wife refused to get in with our kids. Asked for a refund & was told I had to request a refund before midnight even though I had made the reservation less than an hour before requesting to cancel. Very expensive & not up to the standards of any other Red Lion we have ever stayed at.
