High pet fee, oddities (room door not fully closed or locked on arrival, blackout blinds on one window don’t have a railing across to fully close, tip jar in breakfast area)

Computer glitches didn’t honor cost thru bookings. A very helpful front desk manager worked to fix it. She also said they had special rates for hospital visits after the fact and which was unknown to us and we came to visit son in Asante hospital.
