Zero! I had a reservation on a Wednesday night, passing through on my way to Seattle. I got a call that morning from my family member that she had COVID. The hotel said, "this is not an approved exception." They cancelled, but did not refund!
Negatives:
Yes, I liked nothing about this hotel! The management is horrible. The customer service is unacceptable. Why would you approve a cancellation, but not issue a refund due to COVID!?

So clean, comfortable, and welcoming! We stayed at several different hotels during our 2+ week family vacation. My husband likes to keep us on a tight budget when it comes to hotel stays for a family of 4nothing fancywe look for clean, simple, comfortable, and family friendly. It is always a challenge to find a hotel that checks all the boxes, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. This was by far the best bang for the buck of all the hotels we stayed at during our vacation. We will look for My Place hotels for our future family vacations.
