Close to where we needed...
Positives:
The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. There's a grocery store across the street and you're minutes from downtown.
Negatives:
There was a wad of chewed gum on top of the bathroom mirror. There was an increased amount of street noise because half the storm window was missing. Since we stayed for several nights we had to pull the bed away from the wall to make it and that's where we found broken glass. The ice machine on the 3rd floor and the coffee maker in the breakfast room were broken during our stay. There's a waffle maker but the batter varied in consistency from watery one day to so thick you couldn't pour it the next. Even though it's supposed to be 100% smoke free it smells like cigarettes because they allow smoking within 10 feet of the front door and I'm guessing some guests were smoking in their rooms.
