Elevator was out of service. As a person with back problems our 2nd floor room was very difficult. Getting our bags up the stairs was quite difficult. The $25 dollar pet fee was a bit steep. Will not choose this hotel again.

The breakfast was very good.
Negatives:
Well, for starters the bathroom floor was dirty and it had hair all over it. Under the vanity there were cups and a wash cloth, clearly had not been cleaned. There was mold in the calking on the shower valve. There was debris under and behind the couch.

We would not stay there again, especially for what we paid.
Positives:
The room was very spacious. For seating, it had both a couch and a small table. The breakfast was adequate but not very tasty. I treated myself to one of the rooms with the jacuzzi. The tub held the heat well.
Negatives:
I was very surprised to find that the bed was not comfortable. Also, the hotel is not in a great location. Coming from Newport, you can not turn left into the hotel parking lot. Instead, you have to turn on a road a bit further down.

Everything we were doing was on the south side of the bridge. The Coast Aquarium and all kinds of shops are right there. There are so many places within walking distance, it's great. Everyone there treated us fantastic. It was a real nice experience

We had our service dog and the location was good. The workers were friendly.
Negatives:
I know we had a pet friendly room and thats ok. But the carpets need to be cleaned and shampooed. There was pee spots on them and stuff under the bed. We picked it up and tossed it. Didnt look to see what it was. Really didnt want to know. Had no shower curtain. Had to ask for one. Which means we had to wait for one before taking a shower. Rooms old and out dated for the price. Swimming pool was good but no clock to know what time it was. And the jacuzzi.handrail was very loose and handrail was loose and almost fell backwards. My husband caught me before falling.

The state was doable for what we needed, but wouldve liked to be more for what we paid.
