Positives: pet friendly close to shopping hot tub in room

Negatives: I been there just a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. but this time the desk person charged me $25 a dog for non refundable pet deposit which they have never done in the past and 150 deposit because I didn’t live over 80 miles away!!?? which I never did before. I always leave our room picked up!! my dogs are very well behaved and trained. I don’t get.

Negatives: I was charged $50 upon checking in for "incidentals" which was not mentioned n Booking.com I was told it could take up to 10 days to have that reimbursed. The bathroom exhaust fan was hanging out of the ceiling and stains on the floor.

Positives: The breakfast had a large 5 pound container of peanut butter and large bottles of jam. The family in front of us took both to their table. Their children used a knife to get out the peanut butter and jam,. They licked the knife and put it back in the containers. Then they put it back so in their words "others could use it". Everyone else we were stayijng with that came after this family went elsewhere for breakfast. Must change to individual containers!

Negatives: It was definitely not very clean. The floors were only cleaned in the middle with weeks of dust in every corner. The corners were not just missed once.

Positives: The breakfast was good

Negatives: The sheets on the bed had not been washed .There were food crumbs and loose dirt on the sheets so as it was quite late when we went to bed we slept on top of the bedding instead of asking for a different room. Very displeased though and in formed the front desk the next morning.
