Very quiet.
Negatives:
No coffee maker in room. Hardly any other travelers staying there but we were put in a room that required using a cart and navigating a ramp, an elevator and a long hall to load and unload our luggage. Ad said breakfast was included but front desk person never mentioned it.

It was quiet and near my destination.
Negatives:
The bathroom was despicable- the tile in the shower and on floor-Grout was moldy, and Smelled awful with the shower steam. Why is there no fan in the bathroom to prevent steam build up? My husband asked for a plunger, because the toilet didn't want to flush. Jennifer took his call and wasn't having luck, but tried harder to locate one. But then told my husband, she was giving up and was going to 'blow him off' because it was a difficult task. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

The frontdesk staff was helpful and friendly. The view was spectacular.
Negatives:
My husband and I were looking forward to a nice shower. The shower was... not clean. The carpet was dirty. The sink was not clean. I took a wash cloth and cleaned the sink. We do understand that during this pressing time finding help is quite challenging. Anyone with a business is being challenged by the lack of work ethics.

The Foyer Was Nice

The view from the room was amazing and the room was large
Negatives:
The restaurant and bar are closed due to “covid” restrictions however there’s no Covid restrictions currently anywhere in the state. No food or drink on premises. Didn’t get the message about this until the cancellation period was over, this needs to be advertised as I would not have stayed there without a restaurant or bar availability.
