It was nice and clean different selection of breakfast every morning. The hotel is locked up at every entrance. The parking lot is very clean. And it’s right next to Elmer’s. The staff is so nice and friendly. It was like a home away from home

Breakfast was a typical fast microwave egg omelet, packaged chunk potatoes, and paper thin sliced bacon. Waffles were available as well.
Negatives:
We were given water bottles, one of which, unopened, had something floating in it. We were asked to be contacted by the manager when the issue was resolved and what was in the bottle. As of date, 1 month later, we have not been contacted.

This was an okay stay.
Positives:
Nothing, i booked the room through booking.com on my chime banking card and when I came to check in they said they didn't accept chime banking cards so I wasn't able to keep the room for the night as the time card with my only way to pay seemed pretty silly and seeing as how the charge had already gone through so it was obviously cleared and paid for but that wasn't good enough for them for some weird reason.
Negatives:
The fact that they don't accept chime cards, however they'll allowed third-party entities book rooms with banking cards they don't accept seems kind of silly they have Partnerships with companies like booking.com and they don't inform them that they cannot accept chime banking cards or I'm sure they probably don't accept a bunch of other different banking cards. Major oversight and it's ridiculous cuz it's going to lose you a lot of business.

Positives:
The front desk clerk was amazing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have stayed at so many Best Western hotels and no one had ever told us about the rewards program until we stayed here. We signed up right away and our whole check in process was smooth.
Negatives:
The cook was out sick so we didn’t get breakfast but but that is okay. At least they cared about others enough to not prepare food while sick.
