We loved everything about this hotel. Location is great, staff is super friendly, rooms were well designed, thoughtful, clean and the beds were really cozy. AC was also nice and cold and quiet. Would stay here again!

The service desk delayed our check-in for 2 hours. That's ridiculous considering that the original check-in was supposed to be at 4 pm and checkout before 11 am, how much time do they need to prepare a room? The restaurant service wasn't aware about the breakfast included in the reservation and asked us to double pay for it, but then the issue was resolved. People are nice, but the organization didn't match the expectations.

Pet friendly, the bathroom door was a slide door, the view, the shower was very nice, the gym was nice, the Minecraft carpet in the halls was nice too
Negatives:
No microwave, the pillows were too soft, the breakfast wasn't complimentary and expensive, no pool, no parking garage, valet is $50 per day

Positives:
The room was clean and comfortable, and the reception staff was exceptional. The location is unbeatable, with a light rail station just 3-5 minutes away. Breakfast menu was great.
Negatives:
The service at the restaurant was inconsistent; some days you received water promptly, while other days it was overlooked. Similarly, explanations about the hotel's breakfast package varied—some guests received detailed information, while others were left uncertain. Additionally, the toiletries could use improvement, as it took a long time to rinse the soap off your hands.
