there is no windows in the room at all. and they lock the door to the hotel at night so you have to wait for permission to get in. not trying to be babysat. bed was hard as a rock and the lighting was terrible.

How small my room was for how much I paid. I paid through bookings yet they still have a hold for the full amount on my card. Room was super small and over priced 262 with another 262 hold on my card I'm beyond dissatisfied and upset over this.

I got charged an extra $500 on top of the purchase I already made through booking.com, I am quite livid about the situation. I understand maybe an extra $100 but they charged me two separate times after the booking.
