Centrally located, friendly staff
Negatives:
You can literally hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to you and above you: tv, conversations, the toilet lit being put down, … On top, every two minutes there’s a strange sound throughout the building ... TERRIBLE! At certain moments, it feels like guests from the room next to you are standing in your room, there is absolutely no sound insulation!
The hotel must have received complaints before since they’ve left some earplugs on the night table and they have installed a so-called ‘noise cancelling’ device (that actually makes the noice of an old airco) to make you forget about the other noice. What a joke. Never had such a bad experience.

I did not have the breakfast, but from other friends who stayed at the hotel, the breakfast took a long time to arrive in addition to being super expensive. The place was dark with a very busy first floor.
