I have a mold allergy and this hotel/room seriously activated my allergy; it’s very humid upstairs and you could see the mold growing on the wall in the bathroom.
Also the hotel has no elevator and we had trouble getting our suitcases upstairs

Night clerk was surly. Furniture was worn. Stain on ceiling. When we made reservations it listed breakfast, pool, fitness center. Night before arrival received text saying these were closed for Covid.
Pay your employees better and they may give better service.
