The location was basic for a one nite stay. Felt safe enough.

The bathroom sink was totally stopped up. Leaving behind a disgusting
Residue. I was too tired from driving 8 hours from Portland to change which was offered to me at 10:30 at nite when I discovered the mess in the sink.
Had no need to use other than wash my hands when I arrived about 5 that evening. A gentleman at the front desk when I arrived needs better training!
And to be better informed about the surroundings… could have been a little more user friendly. The gals on staff were great! No issue there at all.
Having to pay 125.00 for a room with a stuffed up bathroom sink… causing me to have to brush my teeth with the bathtub water fixtures was most unpleasant. I should get a refund for 1/2 that amount. But am too tired at 74 to fight with booking . Com to try and get some well deserved compensation.!
