My phone was dropped in the parking lot and was turned in by another Resident staying at the motel. Someone had went to the front desk and described my phone and what it look like in the lady behind the desk gave this guy my phone knowing that it was not me. She never checked his ID or got in touch with me to authorize giving him my phone. This was a $1,400 phone.

we booked here months ago for an event with friends. the day before our arrival, we received an email saying the hotel was full and they booked us a room at another hotel close by. I called to say that I’d appreciate it if they moved someone else from this location, since we were staying with friends. The gal I spoke to was a bit impatient with me (“ya,ya,ya, my boss made this decision…I’ll talk to her and call you back.” ) I didn’t get a call back but when I called again, I learned that they had kept my reservation at this hotel and they had moved someone else.
I’m glad they rectified the situation but the the gal I talked to could have had better customer service skills.

The unit was spotlessly clean and the layout combines a pleasing living area and full kitchen.
Negatives:
There was no dog waste station and piles in dog area. we had waste bags and could not find ANY trash can of any sort for our bags.
