Negatives: The room next door left their TV on all night. It wasn't too loud but you could still hear it. We didn't call the office and it didn't really keep us awake. We just heard it when we did wake u during the night.

Negatives: First- we paid almost $200 for one night and according to the photos of the property there is a pool and hot tub, which is why we booked here. The hot tub doesn’t exist anymore (it is filled in with safety cones on top and the sauna is padlocked shut. The pool looked iffy and we didn’t use it. Second, they are trying to spruce up the place but there was someone painting in the hall outside our room well into the evening and the fumes from the paint were awful. Third, in the morning we went down for breakfast and dished up some biscuits and gravy to find the gravy ice cold. After a couple bites I was almost immediately not feeling well and had to lay down until we checked out. I then realized that the card I booked the room with was charged instead of the card I used at check in. I’m waiting to see if I was charged on both cards, and I hope that isn’t the case. The room rate is exorbitant for essentially being under construction and the photos and amenities need to be updated as we wouldn’t have booked if we knew the situation.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: Judging by the few cars in the lot there were many rooms available. Why did they put us in the smallest room in the building? The wasn’t even a coat hanger. The room wasn’t much bigger than the bed! Very low class to put us back there.

Negatives: Everything else, the bed was a full I reserved a queen. The sheets had stains, and the carpet had stains and was coming apart. There was rust all over the shower. The pool area was all rusty, the water was dirty, and the hot tube had been filled in. If it wasn't a holiday weekend with everything booked up, I would have e asked for my money back and gone to a different hotel. But I drove 7 hours for a weekend trip. The hotel is run down and not being kept up. My guess is because it was sold to the state for homeless house, or so I was told by a staff member.

Negatives: the room smelled so badly like a smokers room and Body Oder! it gave me a headache so fast and started to make me sick. we left and went somewhere better. the pool looked disgusting too.

Negatives: The night shift staff was rude. when we called for extra towels she didn’t answer my granddaughter’s request and hung up. we thought she got disconnected so my other granddaughter called back and the lady told her I yeah I got it the first time you called. my granddaughter said oh we thought we got disconnected. And the clerk was rude again and hung up again. About an hour went by we couldn’t find my granddaughter’s iPod Pro’s and we turned on find my iPods and it showed the hotel. we searched the entire room and then went to the office with my day and two granddaughters to see if they had been turned in. My daughter went in and asked about the iPods and the towels we never got and let the girl know she was very impolite to the girls, they thought they got disconnected so they called back. The clerk told my daughter that she had an attitude and could leave. my daughter said attitude, I asked about my daughter’s iPods and the towels we never got and let you know you were rude to the girls. The clerk yelled at my daughter, told her to get out of the lobby that she was calling the cops on her and going to have her removed. My daughter asked her if she was serious, I came to ask a question and let you know you were rude to my daughters, never brought towels and now you are threatening me. The clerk said I’m calling the cops, took her cell phone with her and locked herself in the back office. we couldn’t believe it. of course cops never came and we spoke to the manager the next day who was nice, who apologized and did comp us one night but if that’s the type of employees they have working in customer service in a tourist town it is in acceptable. I would not recommend or stay there again. had it not been a holiday weekend we would have checked out and asked for a refund and went somewhere else. it was a horrible experience with her.
