The people upstairs were pretty noisy the first night because they had small kids but after I asked if they could do anything, there was no more noise. The location is easy to find, although no where near the water. The breakfast was good.

breakfast was good and it was close to the downtown area.

The linens did not look clean. I found a bug in the toilet. My fridge was turned off and full of towels and water. The phone had no phone line, so now way to call out to the front desk, so had to walk down to the front desk to speak to staff about issues in the room.

It has great parking. Close to everything. Has hot breakfast. Great price and big enough room for whole family to stay together.
Negatives:
The rooms are not safety locked from inside for children. They don't have an extra top lock for keeping children from opening and going out. My grandson, 2 years old could reach handle to open ,even dead lock opens from inside with one turn off door knob. Had to move furniture in front of door to keep him from getting out. Not family friendly, in my opinion. Picked this place for that reason....DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Thanks for the free upgrade to a suite,Booking!Room huge and had everything except the kitchen cupboards were empty except for 3pans.No dishes,no cutlery,nothing.10 minute walk to beach.Really good continental breakfast.
