This hotel is a “transitional” place for people. It seemed like there were many families who were living at this hotel long term. It is good the hotel is set up for this transition for people that are in need.
However it would have been nice to have been informed of this situation of the status of this hotel being used as a transitional place at the time of booking.

Rude staff. Clueless staff. Room smelled like smoked. I checked out 1 day early and front desk didn't want to refund me my second night because my reason wasn't worth me checking out. Manager on for the weekend was so rude started to argue with me. Being a choice member I was treated in the worst way.
