Bed was clean, pillows were comfy, AC/fan worked well. Nice to have a full size fridge with kitchenette.
Negatives:
The toilet barely flushed. TV didn't work. Plastic tub needs replaced, covered in stains and scratches, didn't seem clean. Washcloth I used had a hole in it, bath mat towel for shower had a big yellow stain on it. Carpet stained/ felt dirty.

I love having a kitchen with a real freezer for ice packs. The location was really good. Close to everything Portland.
Negatives:
The bed was gard and the pillows were flat. The office chair was too low for the desk and no cushion. The AC was either too cold or too hot.

Filthy worn out carpets, chipped furniture and walls. No cups of any kind in room. Outside smelled bad filthy walkways and stairs and abandoned shopping carts on premise. Worst breakfast choice ever offered anywhere I have stayed No tv remote, just the worst ever. You should send me my money back.Have your people go look at Marriott Resident Inn nearby and get a vision of what your property could be.

Positives:
The room was a really nice size. I like the fact that there was no gross, nasty carpet. The LVP flooring looked nice. And I also liked that I could smell the cleaner as soon as I walked into the room.
Negatives:
The beds were very small, not queen size. The recliner didn't recliner without help pulling the foot rest up. There were two very large areas of mold on the bathroom ceiling. And many minor cosmetic issues, that if repaired, would really change the appearance of the room. It just makes everything look old and run down.
