Did not make it back in time for checkout was struck in another town Randle Washington 3hr north. When I returned my food ,clothes, shoes shaving kit and phone charge were gone. Book another week stay there
Everyone I spoke with was going to look in to where my belongings went to. Nothing ever came of that. They were going to credit the card the room was booked under which is a company card and does me no good They were personal items and a loss for me not the company I worked for. The loss is estimated at $250.-$300.

Single mom with 3 kids given room in back by wooded area and small parking area with no lights. 2 men sitting in car. Scared for my safety. Also a big dog in room next to mine barking like crazy. 3rd, room was located right in front of all the garbage in stairwell. Big bags of garbage. Tons of flies and who knows what else! Didn’t stay! So disappointed. Deserve refund!

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. To the point of back/neck/hip pain in the morning. Would have been nice to know that this was also a residence as well. A lot of homeless camps in and around the parking lot with very questionable folks near the building which made it VERY uncomfortable to sleep.

parking near your room was a bit iffy and the pet potty areas were tiny little areas.
I requested a room downstairs because I was traveling with a dog and was told no problem to my request but once I got there they tried to put me upstairs. They did finally get me in a room downstairs but after traveling I had to wait almost an hour and a half to get my room to be cleaned.
The carpeting and wall was really gross. i’m not sure if they just weren’t clean or if they were some kinds of stains that could not be removed.
