Positives:
Comfortable bed, quiet location. I liked the feeling of being in a safe area that you don't always get downtown, as well as easy free parking.
Negatives:
The free breakfast is the typical stuff that is not very tasty. I liked that they had real potatoes, but the egg "omelets" and sausage are really not good quality. More fresh fruit and fixings for the oatmeal would have been nice--like raisins and walnuts and not just brown sugar.

The room was clean. The toiletries were excellent. The bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient.
Negatives:
Going through the lobby to access upper floors is annoying. Room location overlooking lobby seemed lacking privacy. Snacks in shop extremely expensive and poor selection. Not very many TV channels. Two adults in room but not enough towels for single use evening & morning. Room decor sparse, room size smallish for price point. Complimentary breakfast must be eaten in lobby area, service ends at 10 am which was obviously a ploy to get guests to checkout early. Housekeeping knocked on door at 10:30 am to inquire when we were leaving despite do not disturb sign. Construction outside started at 7 am. Hall noise started at 8 am. Not a very relaxing experience…

The rooms were nice, great size and set up very well!
Negatives:
The Fire Alarm Panel was in trouble and had been for some time. Talking to staff they didn’t know how long. It had a ground fault trouble which mean the panel will not send any fire alarm signals to report a fire. Management need to be trained that this equipment needs to be repaired quickly for life safety.

The bed was way to high, didn’t like the how the bathroom door slide open. Fan and heater in the room was very loud. Also I could hear the people upstairs walking and it was annoying! Lots of noise coming from the hallway also.
