From the moment we walked in we were greeted by, who I think, is the employee of the month, Tuck. Though he has 4 legs nothing stopped his 5 star customer service. His mom was there to supervise but I think he could have handled checking us in all in his own. The fact that they also had a full , warm breakfast was amazing. The facility is clean and staff kind, welcoming and warm

The hot tub is outside, I feel like that was a decision not made by anyone who lives in oregon. But it had been a reason we booked but couldn't use because of the weather.

The large bathroom, roll-in shower (we’re handicapped), the breakfast, the friendly and efficient staff, particularly Jeb (desk) and Ana (buffet); there were two or three others, but these two employees provided a very high level of service.
