Negatives: Bathroom toilet, I guess, kept making this loud vacuum sound all hours of the night that kept waking us up. Also, bed was high, a chair and toilet were low to the ground. Felt a weird mix up throughout the room! Also didn't care for the extra soft pillows, not a fan.

Positives: Excellent front desk staff. I needed things and they made it happen. Professional, friendly, courteous and timely.
Negatives: The staff noise on the first floor is absolutely insane. The crew yelled all morning as if they were working in a wide open outdoor field and not a short hallway with paying guests behind the doors they are standing RIGHT next to. I have never heard anything like it and would have moved floors if I did not have a pet with me.

Positives: This was a good location for us. The breakfast was good. The staff was professional.
Negatives: I booked the room with the expectation of it having a spa and pool as advertised. This is one of the main reasons for booking at this hotel. When we got there, the spa and pool were under construction and not usable. No warning when booking.
