Positives:
Nice firm bed and several pillows to choose from. Bathroom was clean and linens were nice. Tub had a big scar/stain on inside, but seems to be permanent and didn't affect the shower. Shower head worked fine, but tub spigot was loose from tub inlet so no bath, just a shower. Work desk was well lit and comfortable to get some prep work done for my event. Nice breakfast included with hot and cold items and a lot of variety (and much better coffee than in-room offering (see below).
Negatives:
Hanger rack in closet is a bit damaged and has some rust. In-room coffee maker makes very weak coffee (execrable!!). The door lock is fine, but the door jamb appears to have had a run-in with some item that left a serious mark and the safety latch is sort of loose (like someone opened the door and the safety latch was in place and got hit pretty hard). Still worked fine.
Traffic noise wasn't bad in the night, but starting about 5:00am, the I-5 freeway noise was very noticeable.
