We had a wedding to get to at 4 pm 35 minutes away and asked for half hour early access online and on arrival. This was denied so we ate our lunch in the lobby, changed and raced to the wedding.
We asked for a quiet room - neighbor coughed all night and had a small barking dog. The sound through the wall was pretty ridiculous. The dog bark was really annoying.

did not stay cause they were giving us a room used for pets friendly room. I told them I have asthma and yet would not accommodate us. instead giving us a room with increased prize rate !
