Negatives: Staying

Negatives: everything it was so dirty i didnt even want to shower in the bathroom

Negatives: The pool was too warm. The breakfast starts too late.

Negatives: Eggs sausage

Negatives: The television channels. Just info commercials and old TV shows.

Negatives: No they were helpful..polite

Negatives: We were told by a young lady that really didnt seem to know what was going on in the building, that the hot tub was closed, then asked about the pool, said it was also closed, issues earlier in the week. Booked this location because it has a pool and hot tub. Found out from a family that stayed there the next morning that both pool and hot tub was open. The young man at the counter in the morning stayed seated and was wearing a hoodie when I approached the counter to check out. The carpets on the hallways were filthy. The lighter areas were Grey, the ice machines on the 3rd and 2nd floor did not work. The showerhead needs to be replaced, only one setting and even that has poor pressure. We stayed at 3 other Holiday Inns on our trip and the standards at the Carlisle location are way below the bar for a holiday Inn.

Negatives: Had to switch rooms at first because both the TV and phone were inoperable. The curtains didn't close the entire way, and one of the key cards wouldn't work. Second room was better, but the table still had a drink ring left from the previous occupant. Had to get both key cards reprogrammed the second day. Breakfast was lackluster as some options weren't available while the staff were loudly arguing at the front desk. Pool was also closed for maintenance (really disappointed as I had called two weeks prior to make sure it was available).

Negatives: Very run down, not what I would expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Negatives: Breakfast fruit was not fresh. Bananas were black and the apples were mushy

Negatives: They didn’t give me more towels nor did they come and make my bed . I was next to the noisy highway .
