There was no safe in the room even though the printed material said to store valuable items in the safe. The shower head water flow was weak and it seemed the pressure was low. There was also a leak in the hose connecting the shower head.

Breakfast was very nice. Breakfast staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Desk clerk who originally took my call when making reservations was very rude and dismissive. Also, Its 2023 - every room should have a HD tv. Analog tvs with cable service not acceptable for rates being charged. The maid and breakfast service personnel could give the front desk employees a clinic on proper customer service.
