All of the staff are extremely friendly and so helpful. The rooms and bathroom are so spacious and nice as well. The hotel in general is well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone who stays in/near Philadelphia.
Negatives:
The only thing I had a "problem" with is that there was some silverware that was dirty and the bath didn't drain well. I think those are normal mistakes/things that get missed.
