It was worn down and not in good physical condition. The elevator did not work on the 2nd floor so if you needed to go to meet someone on the upper floors, you had to take the stairs up or down one floor to get an elevator

Amazing and comfortable lodging in Dubois!!!!
Positives:
I appreciate the staff making accommodations for us to check in earlier than 3pm. We came to Dubois for a wedding that happened to start at 3. We were able to get into a room that was available that was actually an upgrade from what I had booked, but at the same cost.

For a handicap suite, NO GRAB BARS by the toilet, which was low to the floor. Elevator was broken...had to use walkie talkie to call desk for it.

Floors in room were dirty/sticky.
Sofa had stains on it.
Pillows were all stained and smelly, replacement pillows were still smelly, had to purchase pillows at Walmart, next door. Wall had tape holding up the wallpaper. Dishwasher was not emptied.
Cleaners did a deep clean next day.
No callback from the manager about reimbursement for 2 pillows we had to buy. De
