inside rooms are dated older hotel. we got up to find no coffee or continental breakfast available there were day old bagel no butter no milk. I went to desk they said wait I’ll get more they brought a pot of coffee and a dozen of mostly frozen or very cold danish still no butter or coffee. it was very poor I also killed two bugs in bathroom. As far as customer care in the breakfast room Absolutely poor no one took care of it. we ended going out for breakfast returned 9 ish and again no food available.

it was close to my sister which worked out so I could be close to my sister when my mom passed away

when I booked the room I put in the notes that we had 2 dogs. nobody called me until afternoon the day of reservations. front staff was rude. the morning we left we spotted 2 cockroaches on walls.

close to highway and fast food
Negatives:
we were here for a week. nobody ever even collected the trash. we noticed that people put their full garbage in the hall, we assumed for pick up. so we did that. we were awoken at 3 AM to someone banging aggressively on the door to tell us we left our trash in the hallway. and that there is no trash pick up. they woke a newborn baby and scared us for no reason. I have never in the history of my hotel stays been woken in the middle of the night for something like this.

100 dollar security deposit. I stay in hotels 3-4 days a week. I've never damaged a room. I won't be staying at this one again, for that reason alone.
