No heat. Bad customer service.
Positives:
Nothing 2 hrs after check in my mother fell through the bed. So we had to switch rooms but when we rented a room it was a room with 2 beds we then got stuck with only 1 bed after the switch so it was very uncomfortable we didn't fit well. Bad place to stay.

customer service was no existent i was there for my nieces funeral My son went out to see could he buy a phone he got phone but they would not set it up for him don't know what the problem in Ireland if I need to buy phone go into shop and when I come out it is all fixed up for me and make a phone call straight away so my son can only message me he cannot use uber as his account is frozen because he cannot confirm it is him that is using he messaged me to go to reception and ask for them to send taxi for him told at reception they would not do it and to use uber I have no phone that would work and i was under the impression well this is a hotel i am sure they would help they have my bank details they couldn't care less i have traveled all over the world and this is the first time that i encountered such IN component staff if you were in Ireland and that happened to anyone we would be ashamed of ourselves we would bend over back and forwards to help someone in such situation The only person who got me sorted was a lady who i overheard talking to a friend that she had some apartment issues and was locked out i payed for that lady to stay in the hotel for the night other wise she would be sleeping under the stars
