Electrical not working for refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Impossible to reach the front desk by phone.
Waited for 15-20 minutes during check out for someone to return to the front desk. Friendly enough, just never around to voice my concern about the electrical problem.

Disappointing because there are cheaper options out there. I just feel like you all can do a better job.

The cleaning of the lobbing was accomplished, and the food was not bad. The room's spacious door was somewhat dirty. The bed was comfortable, but the noise from the adjacent room was quite audible. The tub bath was not hygienically clean, and the bathroom's flush mechanism was not functioning properly. I was on a one-day emergency visit. My expectation was to have a pleasant night's sleep rather than being constantly interrupted by people speaking loudly throughout the night. I requested water, and the employee was quite condescending during the check-out process.

Hotel was not all that clean and our room smelled musty/damp. The room faced the courtyard and beyond 11pm there were guests outside who were too loud.
