The rooms are smelly, check in process is unnecessarily long. Phones are not working in the rooms. Overall not a good experience for the star level and hilton brand name

No air conditioning. Room was so warm it made it hard to sleep. Was told the air conditioning was not turned on in the hotel and that the system is very old so it is not on all the time. Its only April so Im assuming it is too early

We were very disappointed when we stayed at the Hilton. the hotel and the rooms were dirty, not even the sanitary rooms were cleaned. coffee machine and drinking cups are not cleaned. the breakfast is relatively expensive at $15 and the offering is very limited. every day you have to pick up the breakfast voucher from the reception and hand it in at the restaurant. on the third day all the elevators broke down completely and we didn't get any information about it. for breakfast we had to go up the staircase from the sixth floor. from the sixth floor we had to carry the suitcases down the stairs. we will not book this Hilton again!

With how poor and dirty the hotel was I expected the breakfast to be free. At least the continental one. But the continental breakfast was $15. And for a few more things you could pay $23. We won hundred percent passed on that.
