Positives:
Front desk was responsive when I checked in and room was big with good wifi.
Negatives:
No parking available when I arrived at hotel about 10:30PM; there is some construction equipment in the parking lot taking up a number of spaces. Also the room temperature was set to 66 degrees on arrival and even though I turned AC off when I got there the room was freezing for much of the night.

Convenient and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Despite being busy with guests in town for a competition, the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was nice and had a varied selection of options. Parking lot was well lit.

Somehow I was double booked and didn’t find out that I was double booked for two rooms until my check in date. I canceled the extra room and was told later that day that everything had been taken care of the extra room was canceled after the hotel responded to an email from booking.com requesting that the extra reservation be canceled without any charges because I had no knowledge of the extra reservation before hand. Currently I am disputing Charges of 400 plus dollars for a second room that I never used or knew that was reserved

Property was very clean breakfast was amazing room were very clean hot water was working beds were very comfortable
Negatives:
There was kids there for a soccer tournament well the parents allowed these kids to run wild through out the hotel they were knocking on folks doors and running early in the morning and at night. These kids weren’t being supervised by all means. Staff was notified by multiple guests and staff spoke to the parents and the parents did absolutely nothing. My kids couldn’t enjoy the pool because you had 12-13 kids diving in there splashing and a few moms sat there drinking their alcoholic beverages and didn’t bother to open their mouths while they acted a complete fool and i spent way to much money as im sure others did and had to deal with the nonsense that went on all weekend
