Close to Doylestown. Super quiet. Comfortable beds. Lots of seating options. Roomy. Clean room and sheets. Lots of towels and washcloths. A/C worked perfect.Tub. Good size refrigerator.

Breakfast was too crowded. Need more seating and more room to get food. The room was clean except for the bench next to the tv stand it had black spots on it that came off with a clorox wipe. I think it was grease. The shower head was partially clogged from hard water deposits and no matter what setting it was adjusted to it was the same spray. Tub was horribly slippery. Tub needs tub mat or anti slip strips on bottom of tub.

Convenient location. Breakfast available. Breakfast room jammed with people; quite small. Hotel was OK for this trip, but would look elsewhere next time.
Negatives:
No smoking policy apparently a joke! The place reeked of smoke and Febreze. Told a staff member smoke from adjacent room was leaking into our room through the walls. Nothing was done; we eventually switched rooms. What a pain. Some sketchy, loud people with no consideration for others. Another friend stayed at a similarly priced hotel which was far nicer. Had I known!
