Positives: The staff was nice.
Negatives: There were literally roaches in my bed. I couldn’t even sleep, I left and checked out early.
Positives: Free breakfast. Laundry facilities on site.
Negatives: It's been such a mild winter there were a few roaches seen only in the bathroom. They need to move up there usual extermination date.
Positives: Vicinity to the city
Negatives: The floor and the room smelled of weed so bad it was hard to sleep the first couple nights. We found a cockroach climbing the bathroom wall. The staff weren’t the most friendly.
Negatives: When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. Took over 10mins for someone to arrive. After checking the booking he told us to wait another few mins as he needed to get the key for the room. He went upstairs for another 10mins and came back to finish checking us in. The bathroom sink water didn’t work well. Room was not very clean, floors were sticky and had dust around the bed floors. The man was nice but the wait was long & room was not clean.

Negatives: We had to ask to be moved because the tub had the enamel peeling and there were sharp edges. The air system was loud and sounded as if it were going to blow up. When we moved to the next room the tub enamel was peeling however it was did not have sharp edges. The heat unit sounded like a 747 plane engine starting the entire night each time it came on. The tile in both the bathroom was peeling. There were no glasses in the room, nothing in the kitchen to use. There was one plastic cup in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. At 11:30 p.m. when attempting to shower discovered there was not shower curtain. The phone in the room did not work to call the front desk. I had to get dressed to go to the front desk and when arriving the lights were turned out with a sign to use the phone at the front door to call for service. I called and told the individual I needed a shower curtain. Proceeded back toward my room when an individual came out of room 125 and said "are you the one who needs the shower curtain?" I replied "yes" and she said "wait right there and I will get you one" I had to put the shower curtain on the rod myself. The next morning at 8:30 a.m. when I went for the "grab and go" breakfast the coffee counter had spills all over it, it was dirty, and there were two wrapped muffins and two granola bars left in a bin for a breakfast offering. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. I also DO NOT TRUSTBooking.com and will never use their service again. There are much better properties are many other properties available in the Willow Grove area!
