Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Uncomfortable room. The furniture was shopworn, some of the light didn’t work. The curtains were in disrepair. The bed was rock hard. Hot water was scarce. The shower curtain was too long, creating a trip and fall hazard — in a supposedly handicapped room. The worst thing was the noise from the refrigerator, which I measured at around 60 dB making it very difficult to sleep. The “free breakfast” is a banana and a granola bar.

The staff was so amazing. We come up there every month to take care of family. We've stayed in so many places but by far this staff was exceptional. They treated us like so nice that I dont care if the place was older. Im booking again just because the staff was so nice. And I've Never been comfortable in ANY hotel. I actually slept here. It was Amazing. Thankyou!!

Only thing was I wish the company would update the rooms. Like, lighter color paint jobs and new carpet in hallways. And better shower heads. The water had no pressure. Took forever to shower. You need new towels too, please. The staff was working hard cleaning and doing laundry and exchanging. Give your guests new towels. You can afford it.

Went out for breakfast, I couldn’t image eating here with how dirty the whole bldg was. The lobby reeked of smoke, halls smelled like urine, and the room I had to wipe all counters and floor down. It was gross.

Should have Book elsewhere!

There was no power. No generator. They couldn’t even check guests in. Now they are trying to charge me a cancellation fee because they couldn’t provide the agreed upon accommodations and we had to go elsewhere.

I gave instructions we would be checking in before 2am on 7/4 and requested a late checkout. When we got to the hotel at about 1:30am, no staff was present so we couldn't checkin. I want a refund of my $110.
